Billing & credits rules

Plain-language rules for credits, limits, add-ons, and cancellation.

Monthly credits

Monthly credits reset on your subscription anniversary date.
Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

Add-on credits

One-time purchase.
Expire in 6 months.
Used only after monthly credits are exhausted.
Do not change your window sizes / job limit.

What triggers a new credit

Spends 1 credit: Enter windows (and groups if desired) and hit Optimize / Build your cut plan.
Does not spend a new credit: Reopening the modal, changing roll size, switching modes, viewing options.
Spends another credit: Changing job inputs (add/remove windows, change dimensions, change quantities) and running again.

Canceling

You can cancel through your Paddle receipt (manage subscription link). You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

No refunds except where required by law.
